Common questions

What is included for free?

You can add and browse unlimited albums and edit your first three albums for free. My Coin Albums Pro unlocks unlimited album editing with a one-time purchase. The app shows the current price in your region. Removing an album does not reset the free editing allowance.

How do I restore Pro?

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that originally purchased Pro. Restoring Pro restores your purchase access, not your collection data.

Where is my collection saved?

Your collection and coin photos are stored on your device. The app does not currently provide its own cloud sync or an account-based backup. Your device’s backup settings may include app data. Take care before deleting the app or changing devices.

How do I export my collection?

Open Settings → Data Export → Export CSV or Email CSV. The CSV contains collection metadata, not photo files, and is not a full restorable app backup.

How do I report a catalog correction?

Email the album name, coin date, mintmark, and the detail that needs correcting. A reliable source link is helpful. Estimated values are based on information you enter; the app does not provide an appraisal.

How do I request a purchase refund?

Apple handles App Store billing and refunds. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem page to check your options.
